Ready to live a healthy lifestyle that finally "sticks," [first name goes here]?

For years and years and years of my life, that's all I wanted.

I craved the thought of living a healthy, balanced lifestyle where I felt good and strong and confident. I dreamed that it would be effortless.

But the behaviors and the choices I consistently made weren't healthy or balanced. My thoughts weren't aligned with how I wanted to feel. And it felt like I was trying to build a healthy life and body and mind in quicksand because half of the time I was working against myself, sinking further below.

The self doubt and lack of self trust and the quick fixes and the fad diets and the inconsistency smothered me.

Slowly, surely, and over time, though, that reality faded with the past behind me.

I did a lot of work on myself, learned a lot, tried and failed a bunch of times, but I always kept going.

I stuck to it. I started again and never stopped. And it changed my life.

I changed my life.

And you can change yours, too.

I'm telling you -- it’s finally going to stick when you:

Commit to your health and fitness for the long run.

Establish a “why” that goes beyond losing weight or “fixing” your lack of self confidence.

Show up imperfectly over and over and over again.

Add fun and enjoyment into your routine.

Do it to become a happier, better, healthier, stronger version of yourself.

Stop comparing yourself to others and instead compare you to a past version of yourself.

Do it with others.

Heal your wounds that are contributing to your lack of self worth and scarcity mindset.

Adopt a growth mindset and always aim to be/do better.

Realize that health and fitness are for life, not just for a challenge or to lose some weight.

Create a lifestyle and a routine that’s rooted in these principles and I promise you’ll finally be able to break the yo-yo dieting, all-or-nothing madness that’s keeping you stuck and filled with doubt and frustrations.

So... how many of these do you need to implement? Where can you do better? Make a list and then set a goal for each of them this week that will help you make progress.

Be realistic, check yourself and course correct often, and always aim to do better.

I know you can. You just have to believe you can, too, then take action to make it happen. This is how that lifestyle you're after is built, and I can't wait to see you start getting to work.

Have a great week,

💕 Morgan
